Description of Works: Shipping Container Modification – Cabin Office & Store Scope of Work: Supply and modify a used 20ft/40ft shipping container into a fully functional cabin office and store unit. Internal layout to include: Office area with insulated wall panels, vinyl flooring, lighting, and power points Store room partitioned with access door Installation of: Insulation (e.g. PU or rockwool) and internal cladding Sliding or swing windows with security grille Steel door with lockset (for main and store room access) Electrical system: lighting, switches, power sockets, DB box Ventilation system (e.g. wall louver or exhaust fan) Air-conditioner (optional, if required) Painting (internal and external) All modifications are carried out according to site safety and quality standards Optional Add-ons: External staircase or platform Roof cover or awning Custom branding/labeling
